Skills Development Training

Where a CDP candidate is assessed as having the foundation employment skills needed to enter the workforce, we develop an individual skills specific training program tailored to your needs and your industry target markets.– for example, forklift, confined space or front-end loader competencies.

As an employment service provider, Complete Personnel Group can offer financial incentives through the Community Development Programme (CDP) or the Disability Employment Service (DES) and other government initiatives to reduce the costs of employing, or enable the employment of eligible job seekers. Not only can we find you the right person for your business, in some cases we can reduce your business costs.
