Registering with Complete Personnel will significantly increase your chances of gaining employment. Complete Personnel have a network of offices throughout metropolitan and regional South Australia including complete coverage of the North and North Western regional areas.

  • experienced staff to assist you with your job search.

There are four stream services available to Centrelink registered jobseekers.  Complete Personnel offer specialist Employment Advisors dedicated to each stream to ensure we tailor to your individual circumstances.

Stream 1:
Our priority is getting you matched into a job that suits your skills and qualifications. We will facilitate access to quality job opportunities through access to professional resume writing, application letters, interview techniques and coaching in job canvassing techniques. You will have continued access to our self-help facilities so that you can maximise your job searching efforts. At 13 weeks you will be given the opportunity to undertake a comprehensive skills assessment to determine which intensive activity will assist you to improve your skills and abilities in gaining employment.

Stream 2 & 3:
At your first appointment you will be assisted to develop your Employment Pathway Plan that will outline your job goals and the steps you and your Employment Advisor will make in achieving them.
In addition to our job matching facilities and expert labour market knowledge your Employment Advisor will have access to funding to assist you with the purchase of goods or services you require to gain and maintain employment.

Stream 4:
Upon your commencement in this stream you and your Employment Advisor will identify the challenges you are facing that are preventing you from looking for work. As part of our intensive service for Stream 4 jobseekers we can provide referrals to support services within the local community, specialist counselling and personal development courses and, where required, crisis intervention referrals and support. We will have access to funding to supplement the support you may require for non-vocational barriers to ensure we’re moving you toward your employment goals.

Work Experience:
Each stream includes a Work Experience Phase at which you and your Employment Advisor choose an activity that will enhance your job skills. The Work Experience activity you choose will depend on your individual needs and will be aimed at enhancing your employment opportunities by building upon your existing job skills or
gaining new skills. You may be placed in employment like situations that will help you to better prepare for your eventual move into the workforce or you may access the many study options available to eligible jobseekers.
