Environmental Policy
This environmental policy covers all of the Complete Personnel Group’s activities at its premises, out reach locations and by its on-hire employees who work at host employer’s work sites. Activities incorporated under the scope of the policy include office administration functions, training functions, transport of staff, and the activities of on-hire employees operating at host employer work sites.
The Complete Personnel Group is committed to environmental management. In its operations, the Complete Personnel Group will seek to minimise adverse environmental impacts.
In particular, Complete Personnel is committed to:
- Implementing effective environmental management practices to protect the environment and preventing pollution from activities under its control;
- Complying with applicable legal requirements and with other requirements which relate to its environmental aspects;
- Achieving continual improvement in its environmental performance and contributing to environmentally sustainable development;
- Continuing to identify and investigate viable options for energy reduction, and implementing these options wherever feasible;
- Applying the principles of waste minimisation and recycling throughout the organisation;
- Communicating environmental awareness amongst its internal employee, on-hire employees and contractors, and working together to achieve agreed environmental outcomes; and
- Setting environmental objectives and targets, and monitoring and reporting progress towards achieving them.
In relation to our on-hire staffing services, Complete Personnel is committed to:
- Informing on-hire employees of environmental awareness during our induction process. Where the host employer has an environmental policy we will be informing on-hire employees of it during our on-hire induction.
- Complying with Host Employer’s Environmental Management Policies and all relevant Environmental Acts, Licences and Agreements
